La Brasserie Vail is a French brasserie on Bridge Street in the heart of Vail Village. We’re building our team for the 2026–27 winter season and reopen on November 13. If you love hospitality and want to work with a great crew, we’d love to hear from you.
Open Positions
Backserver
Support our servers and keep the dining room running smoothly during busy lunch and dinner service.
- Run food, clear and reset tables, refill drinks
- Fast-paced, team-first environment
- Lunch and dinner shifts; weekends and holidays required
- Pay: $15–17/hr + tips, depending on experience
- Restaurant experience preferred, not required

Host / Hostess
You’re the first and last face our guests see. Greet guests, manage reservations and the waitlist, and keep the floor flowing.
- Friendly, polished and calm under pressure
- OpenTable experience required
- Weekends and holidays required
- Pay: $20–23/hr + tips, depending on experience
- Restaurant experience preferred, not required
